Raptor's Audience Builder now allows you to build Audiences based on events happening in the future.
This has a few different uses - such as grouping up customers whose subscription, warranty or membership is about to expire - and you can, of course, further refine the dataset using all the usual filters. The target time can also, just as with past events, be set as a specific window as well, using the Between option. The Today from now option will cover the rest of the current day, while the Current Year from now option covers the rest of the current year.
Using this feature is quite simple. The schema needs to be of the PersonData type - found easily by selecting the Have option when creating a new Audience - and the specific data needs to be of the DateTime type. If both of those are the case, it will be possible to select Next as well as Last when picking the target time.
💡The system searches for full dates, year included. As such, it cannot be used to find recurring events - birthdays, anniversaries etc.
