Data Manager

The Data Manager is a self-service tool for ingesting, mapping, and cleansing data going into the Customer Data Platform or the Recommendation Engine. You can find it in the Raptor Control Panel under Data Management.

Operational Insights

Operational Insights is a monitoring tool that lets you detect, diagnose, and manage errors across Raptor's services. Errors are sent to the dashboard in real time, so you and your team can triage and prioritize issues as they arise. You can find it under Administration in the menu. 

User Management

User Management gives account owners full control over who has access to the Raptor Control Panel and what they can see. Manage user permissions, security settings, and compliance from one place. You can find it under Administration in the menu.
