What is the Raptor CDP?
The Raptor Customer Data Platform (CDP) lets you understand your customers on an individual level. Data from all your channels and customer touchpoints feeds into the platform, where it is stored, connected, unified, and activated — giving you a 360-degree view of your customer base.
How the CDP works
The Raptor CDP solves one of the core challenges facing e-commerce businesses: unifying customer data that is scattered across multiple systems. The platform ingests data from sources including:
