When you want to ingest data to the Raptor engine the Data Manager is the place to go. The Data Manager is a powerful self-service tool for ingesting, mapping, and cleansing dataflows going into the Customer Data Platform or the Recommendation Engine. You find the Data Manager in the Raptor Control Panel under Tools.
Operational insights
Operational Insights is a tool for optimizing the performance of Raptor's services by detecting, diagnosing and managing errors.
Operational Insights is a monitoring tool that allows you to pinpoint and solve performance issues within Raptor's services. Errors discovered in our source systems are sent to the dashboard in real-time, allowing you and your team to triage and prioritize each error.
Trust Center
The Trust Center provides you with an interface to access and manage everything concerning security, compliance, privacy, user access and user permissions. The Trust Center launch aims at handing you as the owner of the Raptor account full control of managing who has access to which views in the Control Panel. The Trust Center is available under Tools in the menu.
